Quick reference: In a real emergency, use the adrenaline autoinjector without delay for suspected anaphylaxis, call Triple Zero (000), keep the person safely positioned and still, repeat adrenaline after five minutes if needed, and start CPR if they become unresponsive and are not breathing normally.
